Ryouta and Haruto!

Ryouta and Haruto have been friends since childhood (Ryouta being Haruto's first friend). After middle school Ryouta changed his hairstyle (to what it is now) and Haruto has put his focus on getting excellent grades to get into a good college. Even though Ryouta means no ill will Haruto finds him obnoxious (even more so since Ryouta is aware who Haruto likes). More to say but I'll leave it at that.
